Wayne Simanovich Protection Dogs in the Media

48 Years. One Standard. The Man Behind Every Dog.

My name is Wayne Simanovich. Training protection dogs since 1978 — that's not a marketing number. Nineteen years old when I started, and still doing it every day.

Competing against the best dogs and handlers in the world, across six countries, and placing dogs with executives, politicians, entertainers, athletes, and government officials. But the phone calls that matter most are the ones from families who just want to feel safe in their own home. Those calls come in every day.

The world is not a safe place. The stories come in daily. People who've had a break-in. People who live alone and don't sleep well. People whose jobs make them visible. People who just had kids and started thinking about security for the first time. The answer is always the same: a well-trained dog changes the equation.

A protection dog turns constant vigilance into quiet confidence. You stop checking the windows. You stop lying awake listening. The dog is listening for you. And it's also your companion, your family member, and a lot of fun. That's the whole point of Huggable Security.

Founded this company in 1978. Most of my competitors weren't born yet. Every piece of genetic material we breed from is personally selected, and the standard every dog has to meet is set by me. But this isn't done alone. My staff has been with me for decades — some of them more than thirty years. They're the reason this standard holds. It hasn't moved in 48 years, and it's not going to.

When your dog arrives at your door, it's the product of a time-honored system and a staff that has raised hundreds of dogs for families just like yours. We've changed a lot of lives. Welcome to Huggable Security.
